Caruth Haven Court is built on the historical farm site once owned by the Will Caruth family. A pioneer family which established their homestead in 1870, the Caruth’s owned 10,000 acres of Dallas county land. The farm was bounded by Mockingbird Lane, Inwood Road, Forest Lane and White Rock Lake. The Caruth legacy now accounts for some of Dallas’ most prestigious properties, including: Southern Methodist University, the West End, Highland Park, NorthPark Mall, and now Caruth Haven Court.
