Christy Connor brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to her position as Executive Director of Caruth Haven Court. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Community. Christy enjoys the opportunities presented by meeting with both potential residents and family members. “Caruth Haven Court is an important support system for our community as families go through what is often a difficult decision process. We really do feel that we are here to make a difference in people’s lives, whether they move into our community or if we assist them with other options.” Prior to her position at Caruth Haven Court, Christy Connor has served as Vice President of Patient Services in facilities in Texas, Louisiana and Oregon. She has a strong background in rehabilitation and neurological diseases. With both a Nursing Masters from Texas Woman’s University and an M.B.A. from Our Lady of the Lake University, Christy brings a wealth of knowledge in both Care Practices and business. She has been recognized by her nursing peers for excellence in Nursing Administration and contributions to professional education.Leads with Experience

Eilleen is the Director of Marketing for Caruth Haven Court. Previously serving as our Activity Director and Director of Resident Services for 10 years, Eilleen is well-versed in all aspects of Assisted Living and the needs of our families and residents. Originally from Houston, Texas, Eilleen attended Alvin Junior College and Houston Community College, studying marketing and business. Before joining Caruth, she worked with Texas Health Choice as a Facilities Director. Upon joining Caruth, she refined our highly successful in-house companion program in addition to an innovative and fun Activity Program. Eilleen also has her Assisted Living Administrators Certificate.Spreads the Word about Caruth Haven Court

Helping families and residents in transition is a big part of what makes Linda Dudley special. Her cheerful attitude and sincere love for people instills a welcomed confidence as she introduces new Residents to our Caruth Haven Court family. Linda is a long time Dallas resident, with over 25 years experience in Health/Life Insurance sales, as well as Real Estate/Apartment locating. She attended Richland Community College, studying business and marketing. Linda cares about people, sharing her love for children as a volunteer for CASA for the past 10 years.

Ann Harper is our Community Relations Liaison. Ann is out and about, meeting with bankers, attorneys, churches and realtors, providing education about the issues seniors face as they age and what Caruth Haven Court is doing to meet their unique needs. “There are many resources available to families and seniors, but so many people don’t know what or where they are, nor how to access the services they need. I try to help them navigate those resources more easily.” Ann was born and raised in Houston, attended University of Texas-Austin, and graduated from University of Texas-Arlington with a Bachelors in Communications. She previously served as Vice President of Communications for Texas Health Resources, and has worked in marketing and chaplaincy for hospices here and in Corpus Christi. We’re thankful to have Ann as part of our team.

Caruth Haven Court is proud to have Marge Curtis, as the leader for our Resident Care Services. Marge is characterized by great enthusiasm, energy and compassion. With over 30 years as a Registered Nurse, “Margie” is uniquely qualified to support family and resident needs. She has a wonderful clinical and educational background, including an active military career and varied experiences in both acute and long-term care. This Chicago native uses her northern approach with southern sensibilities to provide quality coordination in the care of residents and families.

Peruvian-born Alicia La Rosa serves as Caruth's Food Services Director. Like many professional chefs, Alicia’s love of food was fostered during her childhood. As a six year old, she began learning to cook at home and baking desserts for her family. She loved food and aspired to be a Chef.

Donna Rose serves as Caruth's Activities Director.
