Caruth Haven Court Dining

Our resident’s enjoy three delicious meals a day served in our elegant dining areas. Caruth Haven Court offers restaurant style dining. The residents choose from several menu items at each meal and are served each course by our experienced dining staff. In addition to offering the residents several entrée selections they have the choice of homemade soup and dessert at lunch and dinner. The dining experience is important to all our residents and often a highpoint to the day. We understand this and ensure the best quality product and service possible for our residents, their friends and family members. We welcome visitors to our dining room so please do not hesitate to call and ask for a sampling.

• Roasted Beef Tenderloin – Roasted slowly with our special blend of seasonings
• Chicken Supreme – A juicy breast of chicken marinated in a sour cream sauce, breaded, and baked to perfection
• Deep Fried Catfish – A filet breaded with corn meal and seasonings, served with freshly made tartar sauce

Served with Garlic Buttered Red Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus and Honey Glazed Carrots
